  • Braddock's Defeat

  • Declarations of War

    On May 9th 1756, the British declared war on the French. Meanwhile in France, the French declared war on the British. The Seven Year's War and The French and Indian War had begun.
  • British make peace

    On October 21, in 1758, British make peace with the Delaware Indians, the Iroquois and the Shawnee Indians. These groups of Indians will help the British in the French and Indian War. These groups also would trade goods with British.

  • The Battle of Quebec

    The British win the decisive Battle of Quebec. Montclam and Wolfe, the leaders and generals of each side, perish in the battle. This battle greatly helped Britain win the French and Indian War.

  • Battle of Detroit

    It was May of 1763, and the French and Indian War was over. Pontiac's forces laid siege to Detroit. That summer, his allies destroyed forts at Venango, Le Boeuf, and Presque Isle.
