First recorded forensic case
The field of forensic entomology dates back to the 13th century. It investigated the death of a Chinese lawyer and is the first recorded forensic case. When someone was stabbed all of the knives were kept in this village. Files were created and the knives had traces of blood that led the victim to confess. -
