Troy White is a twelve yaer old boy that lives in Deluth, Georgia with his mom Tessa. Troy had two really good friends named Nathan and Tate. Nathan and Tate played on the Duluth Tigers junior league team with Troy. Troy was a backup quarterback to a not so nice boy named Jaimie Renfro whose dad is the head coach. -
Football Genius
Troy believes he should be the starter because he has the special gift of knowing a football play before it will happen. Troy's favorite NFL team is the Atlanta Falcons. He made a bet with Jaimie that he could get a Falcons football by Saturday's game because his mom worked for the team. -

Troy's mom did not have that job with the Falcons yet so he snuck into a private community where he knew a lot of Falcon's Players live.
He went in the middle of the night to the Falcon's Seth Halloway's house. He stole a ball out of his yard and brought it to the game that Saturday to win the bet against Jaimie. -

Troy's mom got the job with the Falcon's . That made it possible for Troy to attend the games. The team was not doing well that game against the Cowboys so Troy who was supposed to stay on the sideline, could not help but try to give the coach pointers on the game. He knew he was going to know every play before it was called. The head coach was not going to listen to a little boy on the sideline and had Troy escorted off the field by security. -

Troy could not take his team losing anymore. The Falcon's played the Raider's and Troy was allowed to attend the game again with his friends Nathan and Tate. This time instead of going to the head coach, he snuck to the owner's suite. -

The owner of the team, Mr. Langan listened to Troy's belief that he could tell a play before it would happen. At first Mr. Langan was hesitant and did not think this could be true. Troy sat in the box and told him a few plays that actually happened and Mr. Langan could not belive it. -

Mr. Langan takes Troy out to the field and ask the head Coach why Seth Halloway was'nt playing and ordered him to get in the game. Seth and Troy had become very close friends and Seth even started dating his mother Tessa. -

Troy knew every play that the Raiders were going to call so helped the team beat the Raiders that day. Mr. Langan was so happy he offered Troy a permanant water boy job on the sideline. He said he could give his pointers and he would also pay him. Troy and Tessa were elated and accepted the owner's offer -

Troy thought his life could not get any better but when he went to practice later that week the head coach, Mr. Renfro said he was asked not to coach anymore . Suddenly the team was coachless until Seth Halloway stepped up and said he would be the team's coach. Seth put Troy at starting quarterback and he was the happiest kid around. He broke all of his throwing records in that game.
