    Food in 1910 was mostly pork because pigs were really easy to raise and take care of.

    -In 1911, Campells became a national brand.
    -Oreo cookies were made in 1912.
    -Marshmellow fluff was invent in this time.

    Food in the 1920s was cheap. A large part of what was eaten back then was meat and potatoes.

    -The Baby Ruth bar was invented.
    -Kool aid was mad in 1927.
    -Velveeta cheese was invented in 1928.

    Food in the 1930s was harsh. People had barley to none food. This was when the Great Depression hit. So it was hard on a lot of people. A lot of people died of starvation.

    -In 1934, Nabisco introduces the Ritz cracker.
    -In 1930, A Hostess plant manager creates the Twinkie.

    In this time they started to eat more fruits and vegetables more then we do now. They did this because meat, fats, dairy, and sugars were limited.

    - The government started to use high fructose corn syrup.
