Otto was the fist person who attempted to create the gilder and succeeded. Lilienthal had flew many times with the glider, but died due to a crash landing. -
Samuel P. Langley- Aerodrome
Samuel P. Langley knew before no other that man needed power to fly. And with this knowledge he made the first model of the plane. -
Orville and Wilbur Wright - Glider Kite
The Wright brothers used the book Octave Chanute made, he gathered all his knowledge of flight and made a book. The Wright brothers designed their Glider Kite based on his knowledge. -
Wright Brothers- Kitty Hawk Flyer
In 1902 the Wright Brothers perfected their engine with a glider shape for the "Flyer". Orvile piloted the plane on December 17, 1903. -
