Bobcat Preview
The first week being on campus was very fun but also extremely nerve-racking. I remember it was a weird feeling being around so many people I didn't know. -
First Day of Classes
The first day of classes went well for me. For the most part, I had great professors this semester. -
Rush
I decided to go through sorority recruitment. At first, I was extremely nervous, but I ended up loving it. -
Going Home
I went home for the first time in September. I loved it because everything felt so normal and I got to be with my dog for a few days. -
First Test
This was my first test in college. I felt very anxious about it because I didn't know what to expect. -
A on a Test
I got an unexpected A on my first economics exam, which increased my motivation in all of my classes. -
ACL/Initiation
I was initiated into Alpha Gamma Delta, and it happened to fall on the same weekend I went to Austin City Limits. -
Busy and Stressful Week
This week I had many exams and assignments due. It was the first crazy and difficult week I had during the first semester. I felt very exhausted and drained by the end of the week. -
Study Groups
In this first semester, I found that the most effective way for me to study for big assignments or exams is in study groups. This keeps me focused and motivated.
