Financial Literacy-Short term goal

    I plan to save $200 for new car tires by saving $100 every other month before spending the money on other expenses. Getting new car tires is more important than spending the money on other items that aren't necessary. I plan to accomplish this goal by the 4th month.

  • This month I will save $50

    I am getting paid $80 per week at Rue 21 and I will be saving $25 per pay check that I will recieve every other week. I will be doing this by putting $50 towards my car tires. I am giving up buying a new pair of shoes for my aunts wedding.

    I plan to save another $50 this month instead of buying new makeup. I will accomplish this by having my mom take $25 out of my pay check every other week until the end of the month. She will make sure that I am saving up each month for the new tires.

This will be allowing me to make sure my goal will get accomplished this month instead of buying other items.
