The First Congress
In 1789 the first congress was made. It was made up of three department heads and two offices for the executive branch of government. The department heads were called State Department, Department of Treasury and The Department of War. -
Hamilron's Plan was Reveiled
In 1790 Hamiltons plan was reveiled to the people. Hamiltons plan was that the government would pay off the dept of the citizens and states. -
The Whiskey Rebellion
In 1794 a mob broke out. The mob was a mob of farmers. The farmers were uproared over the tax on whiskey. -
Pinckneys Treaty
In 1795 Pinckneys Treaty was made. This treaty was to make it able to trade and navigate on the mississippi river. In 1795 this treaty was established. -
Election of 1800
In 1800 was the election for a new president. The new president had become Thomas Jefferson after the road was cleared for him.
