As a double major, and Spanish being one of them, I had to read Don Quixote in Spanish. It was 400 pages. After spending four hours reading Chapter One, I bought the book in English and translated my notes into Spanish. -
Reading to my Daughter
When my daughter was born, I began reading stories to her every day, even when she was too small to sit up. -
Playing School
When my daughter was in first grade, she began playing school with her friends in our basement. I was able to provide the necessary materials for her to play and was, at time, a student.
