    After the Zulu kingdom was destroyed by Britain, The Boer gained confidence due to their rivalry with the zulu kingdom which makes them declare a war against Britain. However Britain was defeated by the Boers known as the South African Republic which was supported by the orange free state.

    A Large state in Central Africa which was ruled and operated by King Leopold the II of Belgium
  • Creation of German East Africa

    A German colony in the African great lakes region, eastern africa which consist of Tanzania, Burundi, and Rwanda where they created the German East Africa Company.

    The first major attempt by the British Government to enact the law of creating home rule for part of the United Kingdom of Britain and Ireland.

    The right to occupied South and East part of Africa was given by Queen Elizabeth towards the company to continue the scramble of Africa.

  • Fashoda Incident

    An event that marks the peak of territorial occupation between France and Britain in Eastern Africa. A French expedition to fashoda on the upper white nile river valley to gain control of the upper nile river basin and hoped to kicked Britain away from Sudan. France backed off due to the huge amount of pressure and decided to let Britain gained the total control over Egypt and Sudan.
  • Second Boer War

    A second war fought between the two boer states, South African Republic and Orange Free State against Britain over their influenced in South Africa where the treaty of vereeniging was signed and Britain claimed victory.
  • Boxer rebellion

    Boxer rebellion was an event where it implemented the mindset of anti-foreign, anti-colonial, anti-christian which happened in China between 1899-1901
  • 5th Anglo Ashanti War ended

    The fifth war happened between the Ashanti Empire in Gold Coast against the British Empire who rebelled of becoming one with gold coast as an african state. The war resulted in British victory and the Ashanti Empire was part of the gold coast in 1901
  • End of Second Boer War

    British claimed victory by defeating the orange free state and South African republic as the Boer's State in South Africa and the treaty of vereneeging was signed to mark the end of the war.
