French and Indian War
The Treaty of Paris ended the French and Indian war. Lasted from 1754-1763. The costs of the war went to the British's government which led to new taxes on it's American colonies. -

It was a series of four laws passed by the British parliament to get back at the colony of Massachusetts Bay for the Boston Tea Party. -
