Law of April of 1830
The Law of April 6, 1830 was designed to stop the flood of immi-
gration from the United States to Texas, which came as a result of
the warning Mier y Terán Report. -
Conflict at Anahuac
They arrested William Travis & Patrick Jack which started a riot -
Turtle Bayou Resolutions
The four resolutions condemned violations of the 1824 consti‐
tution by the Bustamante government and urged all Texans to
support the patriots fighting under Santa Anna, who was at the
time struggling to defeat President Bustamante. -

Convention of 1832
The Convention adopted resolutions requesting extensions of Tariff exemptions to separate statehood from Coahuila -
Convention of 1833
They prepared a constitution for submission ot the Mexican Congress. They were organizing a constitution for Mexico instead of laws. -
