Blogger

Blogger is a site which we used when we were in the process of creating our final project. Blogger is a site which is like an online journal. Blogger enabled us to embed videos. prezi's slideshares,images and GIF'S which proved to be very useful in our production stages. Blogger is easy to use and has many feautures which were useful in recording the process of creating an dplanning our final project.

Timetoast

We used timetoast at the early stages of our production and planning process. We used timetoast to present our research of music videos and what we have learnt about conventions and narrative structure. Also,timetoast enabled us to create a production schedule which gave us a better idea of what to do for our final project.

Prezi

We used prezi throughout our whole blogging rersearch tasks and production stages. We thought that it was very efficent as it allowed us to add multimedia and put everything into one big presentation in which there were a variety of different ways of presenting detailed information in a creative and fun way. We used prezi for our pitch and found that it was very effective as it made it eaiser for us to present our research and ideas to our peers in a way which would not bore them.

Camera's

Whilst in the process of creating our final project and planning it we used many different cameras. We used a JVC camera, a lumix still camera and a flip camera. We found that using the JVC was easy to use and efficent as it provided us with good shots and enabled us create our shots to the best of our ability through equipment like the tripod and fig rig. We used a still camera and flip camera to capture behind the scenes footage to put on our blog to track the production stages..

Final cut pro

We used final cut pro to edit our music video. We had used this previously in AS. This was useful as it enabled us to understand how the software works and feel more comfortable with it. It also helped us gain skills and knowldge as to how we could create our music video effectivvely.

Photoshop

We used photoshop to create our ancillary texts. This was useful as it provided me with all the tools i needed to make my ancilllary texts look as similar to existing ancillary products. Some of the tools i found useful was the filter feauture and the cut out tool.

Camtasia

This was a programme which i found useful because it allowed me to upload blog posts in which people were able to see what i was doing on screen. Also, through screen recording it allowed me to record my voice which was useful in explaining what i am doing. This technology was very useful when it came t o doing my evaluation.
