    Due to Muslims controling the trade between Europe and South East Asia, Europeans begin to see alternative routes.

    He had people go down to the African coast and had them build stuff. He didn't sail or navigate but he did explore the sea. His ships sailed to the Canary Islands which was previosly claimed by Spain.

    The Ming Dynasty was when China ruled. The ming dynasty saw the navy and the standing navy.The ming dynasty was then concored by Vietnam.

    He sailed for Brazil and founded Brazil. He claimed it protuguese at first. He also found a successful route to India.

    Magellan set out to find the spice islands in Indonesia. He was the leader of this voyage which had five ships and 250 men. Then he ended up finding the straight of Magellan which he found on October 21.

    Magellan was of Portuguese nationality and sailed for Spain. When he died Juan Sebastian De Elcano went on his journey around the world. Although it was suppose to be Magellan's expadition he couldn't because of his death so Juan went for him.
