    Ancient Greece was called 'The Dark Times'. It was in 4,000 B.C. There is alot of history involved in the ancient times. There was no writing, but there was drawings on caves & rocks. Thats how we figured out there was a pre-history. Greeks & Romans were two important empires. Mythology was a nature of world, gods & heroes like Zues ruled Europe. Athens & Sparta were two main city states. Its a city that around it, a territory forms that makes it a state. Back then it was the best & worst thing.

    ancient greeks told stories about their gods, the reason why they called myths. The stories were full of love, fighting, fear, & chaos. The universe was without form, there was nothing, mixed up. Until the gods came into being. many myths about titans, & Olympians. each & every one of them had their adventures. what ever they did impacted something else. by that saying, when there was powerful gods. they thought they ruled everyone. other gods didn't like it which caused conflicts.. like war.

    The Middle ages was also called 'The Dark Times' There was no scientific reason why it was called like that. what has actually happened was there was a big problem which slowly started falling apart. it lasted about 1,000 years until 1450. what was falling was the imperial Rome and the beginning of early Europe.

    there was a germanic king named Charlemagne. after his death, the empire broke up. there was no powerful governments to help western europe. the Monarchy led to fuedalism which kings gave land to the nobles. nobles proivded military services which made them become kings and warriors.

    Ancient Rome Empire was an important civilization that ruled of Europe for almost 1,000 years. All powerful kings and queens ruled the place. Rome became a republic and the last king is overthrown. it was time when powerful men would build beautiful buildings. yet, there was still consequences.

    While Greece ruled the eastern Mediterranean, Rome started to have power on the Italian peninsula. There were two empires. The Monarche & republic. The Monarche were a group of government, like head of state in 150B.C.E. The republic were kings & queens before 509 B.C.E. Rome splits in395 A.D.C.E the Holy Roman & the Byzatine. The emperor Diocletian reversed the power model of the goverment.

    enemies of god thought it was all public unrest. Peter and Paul made a christian church in Rome. the roman officials at first persecuted the christians because some thought it was all unreal. that it was all fake. god was killed. but it was his choice to show the world he is doing this for his people. Christianity officially became a religion. it later got split into 3 religions but all are involved with god.

    it started 1097, there was nine crusades. the first four were the most important. each war lasted around 200 years. the muslims and the series of miitary campaigns. the first one was involved with the muslims. they wanted them to prevent them from making further conquests into christian territory. or to save what has been captured. each war was fought for something different. the first cursade was by pope uban ll. The first one was the succesfull the 2nd one was not.

    the second Crursade launched from Europe as a catholic holy war against Islam was a quite not good war for them. it was in 1145-1149 pope Eugene the 3rd announced the war and European kings, LouisVIII from France and Conrad the third. the locations were Iberia, Egypt, Anatolia and Levant. the crusade in the east failed at war which Muslims has their victory. tens of 1,000 were killed. the rest of the cursades wasn't as impacted as these two.

    "Rebirth" was what they named it. The Renaissance was a time of "coming out of the dark". it re-birthed education, art, literature, music, and a better life for people in general. after the Rome empire started to fall apart. they thought it was a great idea to start over. it all began in Italy. City-states were really important in this time. this was the time geniuses came to life. art brought colors to Europe. trying to heal itself again.

    "rebirth" was in 14th to 17th after the middle ages. Middle ages was the worst time in history. When there was kids, they learned 'back to history' it all started in Italy because there was beautiful towers and territories. it later spread on to western and the northern. They did art in the churches, they would sculpture the kings, or the really important kings. everything was so modern and it lasted for 200 years.

    Its impacted so many people. You would fear on getting it, mostly when they weren't the healthiest. it caused social, religious, and economic distruption. When they got the virus, they felt sick, headaches, sometimes seizures. thats when they knew they had buboes. they could live for 2-6 days maximum. The plague was not called the black plague until years later because on the last stages the skin would be very dark. If people kept dying. There wont be so much people.

    The Black Plague is one of the most scariest things that have happened in the 14th century. it was a virus caused by bacteria from rodents,squirrels,mice,& rats. Its transmitted to humans through fleas. it wiped 30 to 50 percent of humans. The nursery ryhme "ring around the rosy" was written by the black death disease. some say people think it was a punishment from god. afterwards, they found a cure. to this day. we limited the chances on to getting it. but we didn't fully eliminate it.

    When hitler became a leader & he was really racist against the jews. Hitler thought the jews were the reason world war 1 was a fail. During the holocaust nazis to over cities. towns, & basically Europe. they made concentration camps for the jews. They would kill them there or torture them by doing labs & experiments. When jews found out the nazis were looking for them some families would hide. they would live with other families. It was torture for the jews. Hitler later committed suicide.

    the holocaust was the most upsetting war in world history I believe. it all began in 1933 when Adolf Hitler came & took over Germany. It all ended in 1945 when the allied defeated the Nazis. in the beginning, jews started to get murdered by the Nazis. there was six million jews. and seventeen million deaths overall. two thirds of jews living in Europe died in the holocaust my nazis. children were not allowed to go to school nor go outside. bombs were firing up in towns. it was all such a mess.
