    the caves of Lascaux are a couple of caves that long long ago tribes that gathered in Europe painted in them and because they weren't open to the outdoors and where preserved in a cave we can study them today. the paintings show a lot of wild animals like bison, deer, and moose.

    The caves of Lascaux have impacted Europe through the years. One of these ways is because of the paintings we understand a lot more about Europe before there was writing and documenting. These paintings help us also understand what the animals they were seeing may have looked like. Also it shows us how they hunted, what kinds of tools they used, and how they lived.

    Ancient Greece was from 4000bce to 600ad. This was the time when writing down history becomes common. Also this time is when we start to see mythology. Also Greece was made up of city-states such as Athens and Sparta. Athens was known for being scholars and smart and Sparta is known for fighting.

    Ancient Greece impacts history greatly both today and when it started. One way it still impacts us today is by Greek mythology, Greek mythology is the belief of stories to explain natural events. This impacted us because we still use some of the beliefs in everyday sayings such as the sun rising in the morning and falling at night. Also a lot of their beliefs match up with some christian beliefs like Hercules and Sampson are both strong guys who killed a lion and did great things.

    Rome started at 509 bce. At first Rome was a monarchy but later turned into a republic. Augustus was the emperor of Rome in 34 bce and ceased later controlled Rome in 39 bce.

    Rome is a big part of both European and world history. one of the biggest reason there is the big impact on history is because Rome was the first republic, a republic is where the citizens vote for everything. One of the flaws to this though is that only wealthy males where citizens. In 150 BCE Rome conquers North Africa, Italy, and Greece. These had impacts on the people then because if they conquered these properties they now owned it and the people that lived there were probably now servants.

    The Middle Ages have impacted our life today however it impacted people living during this time much more. During the Middle Ages the crusades were going on because kings wanted to make it safe to get to the holy land so they tried to fight their way into it but failed. during this time kings where on top and ruled because of jobs. nobles were next and they owned land and militaries. At the bottom were peasants who pretty much worked till they died.

    the renaissance was a time of rebuilding and celebrations. This was also when a lot of the famous paintings today were painted such as the Mona Lisa and the last supper. a lot of festivals took place during this time and there where many inventions.

    The Reformation aka the Protestant Reformation, is usually known to have started with the publication of the Ninety-five Theses by Martin Luther in 1517 and lasted until the end of the Thirty Years' War in 1648. The reformation was the push to split the catholic church because of beliefs and it was a success.

The two different beliefs that came out of it (catholic and protestant) influence most of the churches we go to. this effected europeans then because they had to choose one or the other and it was probably very stressful and it created conflict.

    the great plague was a mix of about 3 illnesses that wiped out about a fourth of the worlds population and most of Europe. the bubonic plague is often thought of instead of The Great Plague. the song ring around the Rosie is about this.

    The great plague was a huge disease and the Tim and it was very deadly. since it was so big and deadly and it spread so fast it wiped out nearly a third of the population and that has impacted us because without it there would probably be a lot more people in the world. this also killed most of the servants because they were kept packed together in small spaces so it spread like wildfire and if you were a servants who survived you could demand money for work so that helped them a lot.
