Following the Civil War, the people needed an official solution to the power struggle. It is decided that a democracy will be formed. Due to the people wanting their freedom and opinion to matter, they elect those among them to run the country. -
Formation of Constitution
With the new government formed, the elected officials come together and form a constitution to give the rights of the people structure. This also made the rights official and gave the citizens a document to refer to.
