    Seven disabled students kicked out of school because of there disruptive behavior. The students parents filed a law suit. The school district claimed that they couldn't come back to school because they had no funds or resources for special needs students. But, the court found that there was no excuse for these disabled students to not have a free education in public schools. read more

    Amy Rowley who was a deaf student in a public school in New York. Amy had an interpreter in the classroom for a two week trial but after her trial was up the interpreter found that Amy did not need his services. So, Amy's parents took matters into there own hands and filed a law suit on the school district. Amy won her case because the judge found that Amy would've of did a-lot better in school if she had an interpreter. read more

    17 year old John Doe, was a disabled student with disruptive behavioral problems was suspended from school for choking a student in school and kicking out a window because the student was taunting him. John Doe filed a law suit against the school district because he was expelled from school. John Doe won his case and the judge let him go back to school. read more
