Queen Elizabeth i became queen november 17th 1558 to march 24th 1603. When she became queen in 1558, she was twenty-five years old, a survivor of scandal and danger, and considered illegitimate by most Europeans. She was only the third queen to rule England in her own right. Elizabeth was the daughter of Henry VIII by second wife.who was executed two and a half years after Elizabeth's birth. Queen Elizabeth was born in September 7, 1533.
