    Christopher Dock arrives from Germany and opens a school in PA. He later publishes the first book printed in the colonies about education. He later becomes one of PA's most famous educator
  • English Academy

    Benjamin Franklin helps establish the first English academy in PA. With curriculum in both classic and modern subjects. This later becomes the University of Pennsylvania.
