The baby can now sit straight up by itself. -

The baby can now grasp items with their hands. -

The Baby is able to completely roll over if laid on stomach or back. -
Seven Months
The baby can now eat by itself with its fingers. -
Seven Months
The now 7 month old child is able to lift larger objects, such as toys. -
Eight Months
By the time the child is 8 months old, he or she will be able to use furniture to get up. -
Eight Months
At 8 months, the child may be able to propel its arms and legs. -
Nine Months
Children at 9 months old can use spoons more skillfully. -
Ten Months
By 10 months old, a child may be able to crawl on his or her hands and knees. -
Eleven Months
The child is now 11 months old. He or she may be able to hold a drinking cup all by themselves. -
Twelve Months
By one year old, the child can now stand up by itself. -
