Eight months later, there is still activism about this conflict from people who are not at all involved in the actual war.

Her claims to have only been offered $4,000 for the role in a game expected to make millions outraged many people, and reignited concerns about voice actor pay rights, was quickly found out to be false. Still, many people in the video-game community have become disrupted by this news.
