        Using Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and more people posted lots of fear-based posts, "fake-news" and opinions to push people to think a certain way about the pandemic. - 
  
  
        In May of 2021, the governor of Texas signed a bill making abortion harder to access. People posted on Twitter, and Instagram some in support, and others organizing riots on the bill. - 
  
  
        In 2022, a gunman entered a school in Uvalde, Texas, and killed many students. On Instagram, this created an uproar of opinions, anger and recruited people to participate in rallies for gun laws. They also posted lots of the mourning process online. - 
  
  
        In 2023, Israel was under attack and thousands were being killed. The issues continue on as people post. images, and statistics online to promote and recruit people to help end the war. I have seen most of these posts on Instagram, but they are circulating everywhere. - 
  
  
        In 2024 (current), the presidential campaigns are running rampant on almost all social media platforms. Going on TikTok is impossible without seeing hatred being put out about one or both candidates.
