Although, it spread to different platforms, Twitter was the one that had the most content with that hashtag. The tactics that were used were protesting, and sharing personal stories on social media.

    On July 12, 2017, a number of groups and people rallied in support of net neutrality in the United States. Response to FCC's chairman's claims to end net neutrality. Thousands of websites covered this event and Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube held a lot of people protesting. People showed their great distaste over this by sharing their stories on why net neutrality should be kept and that all data on the internet stay the same.

Tactics of social media were putting sunflowers in your bio or username (national flower of Ukraine) or putting the flag in your bio or profile picture to show solidarity. Ukrainians also shared their stories.
