  • Infancy

    Infancy
During infancy, the baby is absorbing details of the world. Light and color is being recognized by the infant and he/she is beginning to react to the surroundings around them.
  • Childhood

    Childhood
After infancy, the baby slowly develops into a toddler, then a "tiny adult". The child becomes a little more independent, but still depends on an adult, specifically their parents, to do the major things for them in life. They begin to develop more within themselves as to who they are and what interests them.
  • Adolescence

    Adolescence
The child is no longer a child and has blossomed into a young adult. At this stage in life, the young adult is more independent and doesn't really need anymore to do anything for them.
