    Philo Farnsworth used an image dissector, that he designed, and successfully showed a straight line on a glass cover/slide to a receiver in a separate room. He called this electronic television.

  • All-Electronic Television Broadcast

    RCA and NBC showed in NYC, a 343-line electronic tv broadcast with both live and film segments to the owner. This, wasn't let out to the press until November 6.
