RUSSIA 1810 "STATE COUNSIL"
Alexander established the "State Counsil", that was part of the executive powers in the Governing Senate. -
INDEPENDENCE OF MEXICO
Independence of Mexico was achieved to get rid of Spanish supression, as soon as they achieved it the evolution of democracy started. -

The Zemstvo was established for the local self-government of Russians. -
A NEW ALEXANDER REFORM
Alexander II made a judicial reform that introduced new laws that will unify and create liberality for the Rissian judiciary. -
LIBERAL VICTORY
This event happened at the period known as "The Restored Republic" and is considered as the third attempt at democracy, it improves the previous constitution with less direct elections. -
DIAZ´S UPRISING
During this period democracy was not followed as Díaz set up a conservative version of liberalism, elections weren´t followed as supposed and were considered a mere ritual. -
