Studio Mastering Sessions -

Book studio sessions
Stage 1 is booking the studio. Once funding is in place, a session booking schedule will be completed in a dedicated project diary. -
Stage 2 recording the backing tracks.
Stage 2 is recording the backing tracks. This stage will take 4 weeks to complete at a rate of 3 sessions per week and 6 hours per session. A session drummer will record and then be processed by Drumagog (software with sampled drums) after several takes, the drums will be edited and then the bass guitar will be recorded via a session bass player. A session player will then record keyboards. Then a rough mix will be made. -

Detailed lead guitar guide track
Daniel will then spend 1 week at 2 sessions – 6 hours per session creating a detailed guide track for each song on guitar, which will be used as a template for the live guitars. -

Live lead guitar tracking
Stage 3 will take 4 weeks at 3 sessions per week at 6 hours per session. Set up and tracking of the live guitar rig, lighting rig, camera and P.A. A sound check will be completed before mic placement. Rough takes will be made to ensure no clipping occurs and gain stages are optimal. Each song is recorded one by one. Audio commentary is then recorded for each track. -

Editing and Mastering
Stage 4 is editing processing and mastering. This will take 2 weeks at 2 sessions per week at 6 hours per session. -
Marketing to Audience
This is the marketing stage, which involves uploading the material onto Youtube and posting threads on the community hubs thout February and March. The story in the Guardian will be timed for release on or around the time of the other media releases (to be anounced). -

Synchronisation of the audio and video
Stage 5 is synchronisation of the audio and video and finalisation of the production. This will take 1 week at 3 sessions, 6 hours per session.
Stage 6 will be the marketing stage, which involves uploading the material onto Youtube and posting threads on the community hubs. The story in the Guardian will be timed for release on or around the time of the other media releases. Stage 7 will involve talking to a local Aspergers support group (Parents Talking Aspergers) -
Aspergers support group
Aspergers support group talk and demonstration. Gather marketing information and standardised feedback forms. -
Final Evaluation Assessment
Gather all Evaluation notes and write a summery detailing convergence and divergence in relation to the projects goals. Explain how the project could have been improved and how any future projects may benefit from the notes, feedback forms and the marketing information gathered.
