Installed outdoor bar under lanai. Did not submit for approval since we had hookups and it is under lanai.

We have been working tirelessly to repair this dead sod. Unfortunately, because St Augustine grass is dormant right now we are finding it impossible to find large squares of this grass that aren’t dead already, nor can we just put down some seed. We have been purchasing small plugs and have spent upwards of a few hundred dollars already. Can I request an extension via this email? Or is there a way to do it online? I want to make sure you receive it on time and the mail here (see email).

This is regards to the violation we received for 8030 Rock Spring Court (Lakeshore Ranch). I thought there was a way I could post this online to the violation but maybe I missed something? I’m sending this picture here. We’ve replaced it, but with the cold and the freeze, it’s a work in progress (as is everyone’s currently). We’ve also hired McGuire’s and they will be maintaining and treating our yard going forward.

(see email)... I guess I’m confused on how rigid these rules are. My past HOA we were allowed to maintain our own already approved landscaping locations. They just had to be from a list of approved plants and had to be neat. I would think the dead plants would be more of an eyesore. What are my next steps for removing this violation? Also you said my previous violation was taken care of (dead sod we replaced) but it is still showing up as open.

In regards to my previous email, is there any way to get the builder plans for the landscaping so that I may replace what died? I see in the HOA documents that this is permitted. Since we bought this home this past October from another owner, I was not provided such plans for what I was expected to maintain.

I’ve emailed you a few times about the violation and haven’t heard back. I’m going to go ahead and request an extension as we’re repairing some more patches that were taken out by chinch bugs a few months ago!

This is regards to the violation on 8030 Rock Spring court, Lakeshore Ranch. I emailed you a photo on November 8th and you said you’d be out this week to assess. The status of our violation is still listed as open and it’s past our due date. I am resubmitting a photo with a time stamp from today and have mailed the signed paper as well. I am hoping this enough documentation to close this violation.

Kelley, I was in the community today and closed the violation for edging. I will take a look at the roof the next time I am in the community. That violation didn’t pop up on my app as being expired yet. Thank you and have a good evening.

Good afternoon, We received a violation on 10/03 for a dent in our garage door. We remedied the dent and I sent a photo on 10/10. At the beginning of November you drove past and closed the violation on my Sago Palm, that was also issued on 10/03, but I see that the garage door violation is still open and we are curious why this still is?

Hi that was the time before the last because you didn’t clear the sago palm that day either. On 11/06 we were not outside or home that day. That’s why I was wondering why that one didn’t close. In the future just ask us if we’re outside! We’d gladly help you out and shut the garage door so we can put this behind us.
