    The first confirmed case for the 2019 novel Coronavirus was in Wuhan, China on November 19 2019. The patient was a 55 year old individual but they still haven't found patient 0 yet.

    Just days after the first confirmed case of the novel Coronavirus started to spread all over China.

    On December 31 the Chinese government told The World health organization (WHO) about the mysteriuos virus. Later that day Who said to the world that a mysterious pneumonia is sickening dozens in China. Saying that people worldwide didn't think much but people in China were forced to stay indoors and self isolate because of 2019 novel Coronavirus and how rapidly it was spreading.

    The first confirmed case of the novel Coronavirus outside of China was in Thailand on January 13. After that it had spread to South Korea, The U.S. and more countries.

    The first ever reported novel Coronavirus case in Canada was on January 25 2020. More case started popping up in mid January to late February and they still keep coming!

    The first confirmed death by the novel Coronavirus that was outside of China was in the Philippines. The patient was a 44 year old man that was from Wuhan, where the virus was first found.

    On February 11 WHO announced to the public that the novel Coronavirus had a name. They said that the name was "Covid-19".

    Covid-19 was still spreading around the world. some countries weren't effected a whole lot by this virus but there were a few that were hit really hard, 3 of these countries being The U.S. having past 9000 confirmed cases, China having 80,000 in late February and Italy having more than 800 being named the hardest hit country in Europe!

    On March 12 2020 the outbreak was declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO)>

    On March 14 2020 prime minister Justin Trudeau said that everyone must begin self isolation and only go out to the public for ESSENTIAL buisnes only

    Since Justin Trudeau said to self isolate that would also mean that he had cancelled schools. Most workers would have work from home but some people still go out to do their jobs.

    No one knows how long Covid-19 will last. Doctors and The World Health Organization are working hard to find a vaccine and are being hopeful that they will find one soon. They are telling everyone to social distance and to self isolate to help stop the spread of the virus.
