people could now listen to music on the radio. they also had a better way of knowing the news by hearing people discuss it. -

these laws were passed out because many people were copying other peoples ideas. This law makes someone intelectual property last the authors life time plus 70 years -

the first camera was important to people because they were allowed to take pictures of their good times. they were able to recordor take pictures of anything they like. this also has to do with copyright becuase the camera allowed people to take pictures of things already used and copy it -

the RIAA ws organized on 1952. Its a trade group that represents the U.S. recording industry. -

the dvd was a way to watch movies or even listen to music. it was a very important product that was created for people entertainment. -

napster was a website created so people can download free music. this website was also a huge part on copyright becuase thats basically what it was. people would get music for free and sometimes even sell it. -

the iphone was one of the first touch screen phones. You were able to view things in a bigger and better way. the iphone has replaced most of the phones we have today. -

napster was shut down because people were ale to download unlimated music for free. this was considered copyright. -

the ipod was released a year after the ipone. it was just like the iphone but you were not allowed to make calls but you can play games and the main intention for it was to play music. -
RIAA sues the dead
the RIAA sued dead people becuase of copyright infringment. they found out that some people that were already dead were downloading free music. this was a really dumb thing so they stopped because they said if they continued then the whole world would be said to be criminals -

this law was propsed on 2005. this was just a law that strengthened security at the border of mexico. -

the ipad was a just like an ipod with a bigger screen. it allowed people to view things with better resulution. it also has some downloadable programs like computers. -

megaupload was a website created by kim dotcom. this website allowed people to send free files of things like movies, music videos, mp3 music etc. -

kim dotcom was arrested for his website that allowed people to send files for free. this was a huge website that felt under the category of copyright because people sent music and pirate movies to friends and family for free.
