My childhood is a little hazy so bear with me.

I cannot remember too much about my childhood but the earliest that I can remember was when I was about 7. My parents used to read the Bible to me, I wasn't very interested although I would only want to hear about the "action parts" Like "David and Goliath" or other stories like the story about the "Walls of Jericho." -
A few of my favorite books when I was younger would include the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark series. My friends and I used to love scaring ourselves late at night with the thrilling suspense within these books. -
I was about 13 years old when I created my Facebook account for the first time against my mothers wishes. I wanted to fit in and be connected with my friends that also had Facebook at the time. My mother later found out I created it without her permission and deleted it. -

In high school a moment that stood out to me was how nervous I was when getting called on to read a segment of "Of Mice and Men" where I had to read a couple racial slurs. Wasn't a favorable time for me for sure. Especially being in a school in Philadelphia and being 1 of 3 white kids in my class. I made sure to read as fast as I could to get it over with and put my head down in embarrassment. -

I haven't read much at all since I was a child, although I attended trade school for Masonry and was required to read the handbook that was assigned. -

The most recent read was for an assignment this year for my Anthropology class. I wrote a paper about the Soviet Union during 1930-1945. My paper consisted of first hand accounts of Stalin and his experiences.
