dogs can go from 8-10 days without food but will be very skinny and might not even be abe to walk -

abusing pets can kill them, most of the time they die while your abusing them. some might die after you have finished. -

a pet feels neglected when you constantly beat them or dont give them food or water. also when you yell or hit them. -
fights
most dogs are put in dog fights. they are mostly all the time deadly or they will be seriously hurt. but most people just leave them laying their to die.
