    In March 5, 1946, Winston Churchill delivered a speech that is called "Iron Curtain Speech" that is about Churchill describing the division or barrier between the Western Europe (democratic) and Eastern Europe the area that is controlled be the Soviet Union (Communist). Winston Churchill delivered this speech at Westminister College, in Fulton, Missouri. This happened to diminished contact and restricted travel by the Soviet Union between East and West Europe during the Cold War.

    In June 25, 1950, Korea got divided in two; South Korea and North Korea. In this war South Korea is supported by the United States and North Korea has Soviet Union. North Korea invades South Korea and South gets help from United Nations. When South Korea starts winning, China helps North Korea. In 1953, the fighting ends. North Korea and South Korea remained as two different countries. North Korea became Communist and South Korea does much better with U.S aid.

    Great Leap Forward was introduced by China's Communist leader Mao Zedong, where he wants the farmers to reach their goal for farming but it was to impossible and it causes a massive environmental damage.People are being transferred to a communal dormitories and its where they lived. This event happened in China in 1958 to 1962. This event was a giant step backward in China. This event was supposed to expand the success of the five-year-plan.
