At this confrence was stablished a council of foreign ministers.

Glasnot means openness this term was used for the reform of the social and political reform, this would help restore more rights and freedoms to the soviet people.

    THE FALL OF THE SOVIET UNION TOOK PLACE IN DECEMBER 1991, TURNING INTO 15 SEPERATE CONTRIES. THE DISMANTIALMENT OF THE SOVIET UNION LED TO THE END OF THE COLD WAR, WITH AMERICAN REJOICING AT THEIR ENEMIES DIMISE. THE SOVIET UNION WAS DOOMED TO FAIL FOR MAJOR REASONS LIKE NOT EVERYONE IS A RUSSIAN AND FORCING OTHER ECHNIC GROUPS INTO A RUSSIAN STATE WASN'T BLOWING OVER TO WELL. ULTIMENTLY THIS LEAD TO THE DECLINE IN THE ECONOMY, POLITICS AND SOCIETY.
