The Yalta conference was to decide what would they big three would do to Germany after WWII this involved Winston Churchill UK , Joseph Stalin USSR and Franklin Roosevelt U.S. The outcome was that they agree to self determination after war and agree to divide Germany into 4 different military zones.

This was an agreement reached by the USSR. This agreement was a military treaty that bound the signers to come to others aid if attacked. It involved the USSR, the outcome was that countries such as Albania, Bulgaria, Hungary, East Germany, Poland, Rumania and Czechoslovakia signed this pact.
