The division of Germany
Stalin, Britain, Truman and France agreed to divide up Germany. This arrangement was suppose to be temporary but went on for decades. Britain had the NW Germany portion, Soviet Union had NE Germany portion, France had SW Germany and the U.S had SE Germany. There was one exception though all had say in Berlin. -
Berlin Blockade/ Airlift
