Eisenhower telling the Soviet Union out the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) they have been flying spy planes in their territory for years. Francis Gary Powers was sent to prison for 10 for Espionage but was out 2 years after U.S traded a Soviet Spy for Francis the first ever spy swap.

The U.S demanded removal for the missiles. And war was adverted because on October 28th Russia removed missiles.
