reach for objects, not very steady
holds head up
rolls from side to back an from back to side -
14 month
child does about the same thing as a two year old. also able to talk a little more and you can understand them better. -
15 month
baby is able to walk on his or her own. able to eat adult foods better and becomes more independent. -
1 month
baby begins lifting his or her chin -
2 months
lifts chest well above surface when placed on stomach -
4 months
has completed head control when seated on an adults lap.
can start to eat baby food and formula.
hold head erect when being carried. -
5 months
sits alone.
reaches and grasps successfully.
prefers to sit up with support -
6 month
still need support sitting up but not as much.
starts to hold their own bottle.
may begin to do thing like try to stand up but with some assistance. -
7 months
reaches for spoon to try and feed self.
pulls self up while holding on to furniture.
sits up steadily by them self. -
8 months
props self up with arms, keens, and using a squirming motion.
eats with fingers.
picks up large objects -
9 months
walks when lead
reaches for and manipulates objects with good control.
sits up with no problems at all -
10 months
stands up on own while holding on to an a piece of furniture.
more skillful with toys that they are playing with.
craws on hands and knees. -
11 months
stands alone.
starts to eat other foods.
start to talk. not where you can understand. -
12 months
likes to look at picture books.
knows parts of the body.
speaks some words regularly.
can fit blocks and boxes in side each other. -
13 months
child is walking and starting to eat other foods and not a lot of baby food.same as saying a one year old.
