This act was a rush into Oklahoma taking away lands from past Indians and their territory and created Oklahoma Territory, Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Creek, and Seminole. -
Indian Reorganization Act
This Act gave more freedom to indians and better control over their land. Indians go a better chance at freedom and also ended allotment of tribal lands.
