  • Conflicts over the slaves and population

    The number of representatives at the House of Representatives would be based on the population of each state.

    The solution to the conflict, a slave would count as 3/5 as a person.

    In order to prevent war, Missouri was added into the U.S.A as a slave state, while Maine was added too, so the free/slave states would be equal.
