A slave named Nat Turner led a bloody and deadly rebellion in southern Virginia and it only lasted 2 days but many white people were killed around 60 white people were killed. Even though it was a short rebellion it was the deadliest rebellion at that time. The effects for the slaves were that they were stripped off any little rights they had. -
