    The murder of Emmett was all because he got accused for whistling at a white woman. They had kidnapped and torture him and ended up killing him. Emmett was only 14 years old living in a white part of his town in Mississippi. Roy and Cardyn Bryant had been arrested for his murder, as if for Emmett he had his funeral open casket because his mom wanted to show everyone what they had done to his child.
