Board of Education was when the sepreme court declared states laws unconstitutional for segregation of the majority group(whites) and the minority group(Blacks).This Case was ruled unconstitional by the 14th admendment.The reaction in Ga about this they were upset and wanted the schools to be segregated and the Sibley Commission tried to stop resistance for desegregation.This outcome caused states to intergrate schools.

    The Montgomery Bus Boycott started when Rosa Parks got arrested because she refused to give her seat to a white man on the bus.African americans started to boycott the buses and walked everywhere.The goal was to make the buses desegregated.The Results of this boycott was that they stoped protesting Because thier goal of desegregatating the buses came to them.

    Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) The leaders Were Bayard Rustin and Martin Luther King and thier goals where to continue to have nonviolent and peaceful movements with the minority group and the majority group.This formation was created after the bus boycott in Montgomery trying to expand thier goals throughout cities.

    The freedom Riders were protester in the civil rights time who took buses into segregated states.They drove these buses to challenge the Supreme Court decisions.the people invovled were 13 men and women.There bus was burned down and some people were killed this caused the Interstate Commerce Commision(ICC) to get placed which did not allow segregation at the interstate travel.

    The civil rights Act banned job discrimination of race religon or anything else.This act was very important because it allowed the people to have same job equal choices as everyone else. This change the minority groups oppurtunities as a person this was a major achievement of the civil rights and Lyndon B.Johnson was president during this time.
