this is the greensboro sit-in three African American men sat at a bar that was for whites and they refused to move until they got surved then every african american in the town came and sat at that bar. thats what they called civil disobedence. -

The freedom riders happened in Alabama May 14, 1961, it was a group of Non-violent outspoken supporters. The leaders were Civil Rights activist and Martin Luther King Jr. The results were that anybody could sit where they wanted to on the bus. -
