Thurgood Marshall first black supreme court justice
Thurgood Marshall was a lawyer who was known for arguing his victory against the supreme court in the Brown vs. Board of Education case. President Johnson than appointed him as the first Black supreme court judge. -
Assassination of Dr.Martin Luther King
Dr. Martin Luther King was standing on his motel balcony when he was fatally shot just after 6pm in Memphis Tennessee. His death was a shock to the whole country to both Blacks and Whites because of his peaceful influence on the country was so strong.
