Civil right, black American Struggles.
The civil rights movement was a struggle for social justice that took place mainly during the 1950s and 1960s. The Civil Rights Movement was only about black Americans getting equal with whites. Blacks were not allowed where whites were, in school, they were assigned in the back and also in the school bus. In mid 20th century Black Americans, along with many other Americans, mobilized and began an unprecedented fight for equality to stop the racism against black people that spanned two decades.
