A violent anti-foreign and anti-Christian uprising which took place in China at the end of the Qing Dynasty. The Boxers (Yihetuan) were a pro-Nationalist group who wanted China to be self-governing and de-colinised. -

The alliance created by the Russians to join the CCP and the GMT to fight off foreign forces such as the Japanese, and reunify China as one being within the warlord era. -
Shanghai Massacre
Massacre where the Chinese Nationalists (Guomindang) killed many Communist supporters to supress Communists ideaology in Shanghai, and subsequently in many other places which has become to be known as the 'White Terror'. -
The Long March
The retreat of the CCP to the North to flee the Nationalists, the CCP began a series of marches from Jiangxi to Shaanxi, losing many supporters along the war, going from 86,000 people to 7000 people in one year. -
Breaking of the Second United Front Agreement
The significant end of the cooperation of the CCP and the GMD, the May Fourth Army Incident was a fight amidst the Second Sino-Japanese war between the opposing ideaologies in China.
