Boston Massacre
British soldiers shot into a crowd of people. Eleven people
fell to the ground, and five died. This lead to more anger in
the colonies .

Boston Tea Party
Townsmen dressed as Indians went aboard a vessel
and threw 342 tea crates into the Boston Harbor to protest taxes.

Intolerable Acts
One act closed Boston to sea trade until the people paid for
the destroyed tea from the Boston Tea Party. A second act removed Massachusetts government and placed them under rule of the British army.
