    As a result, the refrigerant stopped reaching the reactor and the steam accumulated in the boilers, until one of them exploded, opening a hole in the roof of the reactor hall and exposing the graphite bars.
    2- The graphite overheated and when it contact with the air it exploded, generating a second explosion.
